What I Replaced
The cost reduction came from a combination of Manus AI and other tools handling tasks that previously required either my own time (expensive) or paid staff time (also expensive). Research, document preparation, scheduling coordination, first-draft content, meeting summaries — all of this moved to AI.
The calculation is straightforward. An hour of my time as CEO has a cost attached to it. An hour of AI time costs a fraction of that. When AI can handle a task at acceptable quality, routing it to AI instead of myself or a team member is a direct cost reduction.
